To plead not guilty to your Florida speeding ticket, you need to appear in court on the date listed on the citation.
To apply for traffic school, you first need to make sure that the violation is eligible for traffic school. If there is an asterisk beside your violation on the worksheet, you are eligible for traffic school. You can attend traffic school if you have a valid drivers license and have not been to traffic school within the last 12 months. To apply, bring your citation, drivers license and court costs to any Circuit Clerks Office. There will be an additional cost for traffic school.
